Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed after the cutoff, or on weekends and federal holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

All orders are shipped via USPS. At checkout you choose your speed: Ground Advantage (~5 business days), Priority Mail (~2 business days), or Priority Mail Express (~1 business day). Tracking is emailed the moment your label is created, and a delivery confirmation is sent when USPS reports the package delivered. We use discreet packaging on all shipments.

PepChain ships within the continental United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping rates are live USPS pricing for your exact address, calculated at checkout. Orders of $100 or more ship free via Ground Advantage.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. PepChain is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
